Researching in depth products to suit our needs and circumstances, a mortgage offer was approved in an unbelievably short space of time. As a military family, we were daunted at the prospect of having to explain time living overseas or that I receive a retention payment that should be factored into affordability calculators. Having walked the walk as a military spouse, Simone completely took the stress out of this and skilfully negotiated potential lenders to explain our unique circumstances. Not content to stop there, Simone has regularly updated us with potential rate changes as well as pouncing once those changes took effect. This has resulted in two rate reductions whilst awaiting exchange of contracts. I challenge you to find another broker that would go to this amount of effort and detail for each and every client. Not only is Simone top tier as a broker, she is also a genuinely lovely person to boot.
